Usually, thermal insulation of buildings is done outdoors. However, some investors have other expectations. Some buildings may be isolated inside. This is a practical solution but can lead to a problem when replacing carpentry. Typical window systems will not be adequate under such conditions. However, Monoblock frames have been designed specifically for buildings with this insulation system.
The ability to select the width of the frames (102, 122, 142 or 162 cm) allows them to be adapted to the thickness of the insulation.A special tray, which is located on the outside of the frame, acts as a masking of the insulation over the entire circumference of the window, eliminating the possibility of thermal bridges forming. However, an internal leafing of the frame ensures an aesthetic installation inside the building without the need for plaster application.
Functionality is not the only feature of Windows designed according to the Monoblock system. We also find security. In standard version space, the windows are equipped with two anti-theft points per flap, anti-theft pivots with adjustable tightening, a wrong grip position lock and an internal central tightening.However, the final shape of the fitting depends on the individual needs and requirements of the customer. We also offer WK1 and WK2 class fittings. In order to get the best safety settings for your windows we recommend that you have the anti-turning or tempered glazing and Hoppe Secustik key handles.
Thanks to their width, the windows made in Monoblock system are characterized by good thermal insulation properties. In standard version, these are available with the option of double glazing. In order to reduce the Uw heat transmission coefficient, it is interesting to equip the windows with triple glazing. We also recommend our warm distance frames. These are made of composite insulation to improve glazing insulation and reduce the risk of temporary condensation formation of water vapour.
It is also possible to install a brake in the handle, key handles, mosquito nets and other accessories in the windows. For investors who want to make the windows more elegant we recommend using mullion. The mullions are mainly decorative elements. We offer, among other things, mullions inside the windows or adhesive mullions.Depending on the type of mullions selected, these are placed between the windows or glued to the surface of the glass.
For Monoblock windows, we recommend equipping them with Multi-Power hardware, i.e. "hidden hardware."The mechanisms used make it easy to hide all the elements of the fitting in the window hardwood. It is possible to hide the rails of the mobile mullion, the transmission rods, the hinges and other functional elements. In addition to its aesthetic aspect, the hidden fitting is also very practical. The user has, among other things, the ability to adjust 3D as well as the possibility of adapting the aperture width to the window flap.
