In standard version, the glazing blocks of the windows designed from the Energeto 8000 system are glued into the flap. With this solution, the glass becomes the building element of the window. The glue is applied to the contours of the glass, allowing a solid attachment to the flap to ensure support for its entire surface. This technology allows the glass to be pushed deeper into the flap, to eliminate the thermal bridge at the glass and profile contact and thus to avoid condensation of steam.

Windows designed from the Ideal 8000 system are equipped with Maco Multi-Matic fittings. In standard version, the window can be equipped with six secure points and an internal pressure setting. The oscillo-beating window hardware is complemented by a wrong grip position lock. This is integrated with the lift of the flap.

The advantage of using the Eneregeto 8000 system for window manufacturing is its compatibility with all 85 mm wide systems in the Aluplat family.

Windows designed from the Energeto 8000 system are a new approach to energy efficiency. They also represent a revolution in the manufacture of PVC windows. Ultradur High Speed technology opens up new possibilities by eliminating steel reinforcement from the frame. This steel reinforcement of the frame is replaced by plastic parts. Removing steel from the frame also means the removal of thermal bridges. This system also improves the thermal transmission parameters of the profiles. In addition, bonding inside technology offers more efficient static settings.

The profiles, with a depth of 85 mm recess, also open up vast possibilities for glazing blocks. The glazing blocks of Ug – 0.5 with an infill offer a Uw – 0.72 W/m²K. These settings relate to a single reference window, 1.23 x 1.48 m.

As a standard option, we make windows designed from the Energeto 8000 system using V-Perfect technology. In this case, the junctions are made without smudging, which gives the corners of the windows a particularly aesthetic look. The junctions of the profiles are virtually invisible. The inside of the window should also be taken into consideration. After opening the flap, the profiles are carefully cleaned. V-Perfect technology connects both white and plated profiles.

Another aesthetic solution, offered to customers ordering windows designed from the Energeto 8000 system, is the hidden Maco Multi-Power hardware store. All of its elements are hidden in the notch area and are invisible when the flap is closed. Such an intervention makes the window particularly elegant and its structure remarkably balanced.

In addition to its aesthetic aspect, the hidden fitting is also very practical. The hinges used for hidden fittings have a greater load capacity and the window itself acquires better resistance to burglary. They are also more insulating because the hidden fitting prevents the formation of thermal bridges.

For customers who want an innovative solution, we recommend Aluskin aluminium coatings. These will offer a distinctive finish to the aluminum windows. Aluskin coatings come in a multitude of unusual colours for PVC carpentry. In particular, the appliques can be made in all the colours of the RAL palette.
