The aesthetic values of the windows made according to the Eko Sun 6 system go hand in hand with the technical parameters. The system is characterized by very good thermal properties and opens up vast possibilities for construction. The 81 mm depth profiles are installed, allowing glazing plates up to 54 mm wide to be mounted.
In order to get the highest thermal insulation settings, we recommend that you complete your Ekon Sun 6 windows with triple glazing as well as the warm distance frame. The warm frame is made from a composite insulation material. It improves window insulation and reduces the risk of temporary condensation of water vapour, which can freeze during the winter. This can lead to damage to the seals. In addition, the warm frames provide a guarantee of durable waterproofing of the glazing and maximize the savings in thermal energy by eliminating thermal bridges from the connections of the profiles with the glass.
The thermal parameters will probably also be improved thanks to the glass.It has a selective coating that will allow you to reduce heating bills but also to air conditioning the interiors during the summer period. Thanks to this specially designed coating, the glazing allows much less solar energy to pass through, which allows, in summer, to maintain a pleasant temperature in the interiors. In winter, however, the glass will be a barrier so that heat does not escape from the inside.
Windows built using the Eko Sun 6 system are also a very good barrier against noise from outside. The acoustic insulation of the windows can be improved by using soundproofing glazing.
The windows are also characterized by a high class of waterproofing. Even in the most extreme weather conditions, there is no possibility of water entering the building.
The modern design of the Eko Sun 6 windows is what sets them apart. It is a very universal product. It allows you to use a wide range of glazing – standard, soundproofing or secure glazing. The 81 mm installation depth profiles can be used to mount glazing plates up to 54 mm wide. The wide profiles provide not only ample glazing possibilities but also the stability of the structure.
The window can be made using a fixed or mobile mullion. The mobile mullion is part of the window structure, being permanently attached to one of the flaps. Only thanks to this one it is possible to fully enjoy the full light through the window. When the window is opened, the light will not be disturbed by the mullion.
In order to differentiate the windows or adapt them to the style of the façade of the building, we propose a decorative veneer. Ekon Sun 6 windows can be made in one of dozens of solid colors or wood-likers. We place the windows unilaterally, bilaterally as well as in a duo-color format.The duo-color veneer allows for different colors from the window outside and inside the building. It is a very practical solution.
It is common for the building to be properly ventilated only by the installation of extraction vents. Even when in a closed position, the extraction vents ensure a continuous intake of fresh air. We offer a range of pressure extraction vents, hygroregable and integrated into the glass.
For those looking for effective protection against insects, we offer mosquito nets. Depending on your needs, we offer fixed, sliding, door-to-doors or rolling nets.
On the other hand, protection from the elements, privacy and protection against burglary will be provided at best by external shutters.Depending on the stage of the investment, we offer adaptable components, recessed shutters or rolling shutters.
We also recommend equipping the window hardware with additional accessories that will improve its functionality. Among our accessories, we particularly offer the aperture brake controlled with the window handle. By swivelling the 45-degree handle downwards, the window flap can be secured in a stable way on a desired opening. This mechanism will allow you to ventilate your apartment intensely without worrying about unexpected gales that could cause the window to slam.
All of our standard-version oscillo-swinging windows are equipped with micro-ventilation in the assembly square. For better user comfort, we recommend completing the window with the graduated tipping that will allow the user to adjust the tipping level of the flap. The brake installed in the handle is also an interesting proposition. It allows the window flap to be stopped in any position after opening.
In order to protect the window from opening while maintaining the possibility of a jam, it is interesting to equip the window with an "English"-style fitting.
