Windows made from the Blockprofil NL system (Ideal 4000 Class "A" profile valve) offer unlimited creative possibilities for the appearance of building facades and their interiors. We produce Blockprofil NL windows in dozens of solid colors and wood imitation. Window veneer can be done on one side, on both sides, or using the duo-color formula. In the latter case, the window has a different color on the outside side of the interior side. This allows us to maintain a harmonious appearance of the façade, while adapting the appearance of the window to the layout of the interior.

Thanks to the modern HFL welding production line, we can offer our customers an excellent imitation of wood carpentry.

The HFL system is an innovative way to connect PVC frames and fronts, a feature of wooden windows. In traditional PVC windows, the welding line is at a 45-degree angle. In HFPL technology, profiles are connected to each other from a 90-degree angle. This allows the windows to look particularly interesting, which will not differ in any way from that of real wood windows if one resorts to a veneer with imitation wood decoration.

Price is one of the other advantages of this solution. HFL-made windows are much cheaper than conventional wooden windows.

Windows made using the Blockprofil NL system can be equipped with Multi-Power fittings, i.e. hidden fittings. The fitting is hidden in the sleeper and is perfectly invisible when the valve is closed. It is also possible to hide rails from moving studs, actuating rods, hinges and other functional elements. Thanks to the use of this solution, the window becomes more elegant and its structure is particularly balanced.

In windows made based on the Blockprofil NL system, an interesting solution can be used: the central handle. This allows us to mount the handle in the axis of symmetry.

Windows made from the Blockprofil NL system can be installed in both new and renovated buildings. The wide valves, equipped with exterior hardwoods, allow for easy and aesthetic assembly of windows on buildings with cladding bricks (clinker), without additional masonry work. The large steel frames placed inside the frame allow the construction of large structures, while ensuring the required static parameters.

The Blockprofil NL system allows us to manufacture not only windows, but also doors (opening inwards or outwards).

The security of use of the windows is ensured by the two anti-effing safety spoils placed on each flap, pivots with pressure adjustment, making any break-in difficult, and a blockage in case of incorrect position of the handle built into the lift. The aforementioned elements are serially mounted in each of the swing-swinging windows we make. In addition, windows made using the Blockprofil NL system can be complemented by a handle-controlled aperture brake or tipping bearings. With this last solution, instead of having a single position of opening the valve in the tilting position, we have several opening tiers. To activate the mechanism, simply turn the handle upwards, then pull the valve away from the frame, at the desired distance, before blocking the opening by turning the handle down, at a 45-degree angle. The fitting changes position and allows the window to be opened in its oscillating position. To increase the comfort of use, windows made using the Blockprofil NL system are equipped in series with a micro-ventilation in the corner of the window (swinging windows).

Due to the specificity of their construction, windows made with the Blockprofil NL system cannot be equipped with conventional outdoor air intakes. Air intakes built into the window are recommended here. We recommend the following built-in air intakes: Renson THM 90 (for the 24mm glass package) and Renson AR 75 (for the 36mm glass package).

The air intakes built into the window work on the same principle as traditional air intakes, but mounting them on the window does not require interference with the window frame. It is mounted between the window valve and the glass, reducing its height. The length of the air intake is the width of the glass – elements that regulate the flow of air are placed at the ends of the air intake.

In addition, since the fronts of blockprofil NL windows are built from the Ideal 4000 system, these windows can be complemented by all the complementary accessories in our offering.The standard double glazing package can be replaced with a triple glazing package. In these windows, braces, warm infill frames, mosquito nets and other accessories can also be mounted.

To ensure the safety of your windows, we recommend that you complete them with Hoppe Secustik handles with a key or a TBT-function handle with an upside-down (English-style) opening. Both solutions are very successful among parents. The key lock on the handle is an effective protection, preventing children from opening the window. It should be remembered, however, that the handle completely removes the possibility of opening the window. The English-style oscillating opening does not open the window, but leaves the possibility of opening it in an oscillating position.
